The Cecil County local management board, in partnership with the Paris Foundation, is pleased to host ahal Process, Inc. for Bridges Out of Poverty. This workshop offers a comprehensive approach to understanding poverty. Bridges Out of Poverty uses the lens of economic class and provides concrete tools and strategies for a community to alleviate poverty.
