DESCRIPTION:Echo our passion for community connection. \nJoin us on July 1st\, 1230pm Prior to the start of First Saturdays for Perryville in Lower Ferry Park. \nThis is a community-based donation class offered by Pura Vida Yoga and Physical Training. \nLOVE DONATION to Veterans Outreach Ministries on-site. \nNote* CDC is not included in Pura Vida membership. \nProceeds will benefit Veterans Outreach Ministries (V.O.M.) \nThe V.O.M.’s mission is to empower\, help\, heal\, and disciple veterans and their families. Come participate in a healthy and rejuvenating one-hour yoga session. Enjoy the benefits of this all-level Vinyasa class including breath awareness\, movement for strength\, flexibility and balance\, and meditative rest.
