Lamb while attending classes at Penn State University in the evenings. She attended the Philadelphia Police Academy\, the Dickinson Law School’s Deputy Sheriff’s Academy and finished first in her class at the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania’s Minor Judiciary College. She was a Lieutenant for the Chester County Sheriff’s Department heading up the Civil Unit. After doing her time there\, she applied to the Court of Common Pleas for her private detective license. She opened her detective agency\, CIA Investigations\, Inc. 35 years ago and specializes in finding Kidnapped Children\, Missing Persons and Biological families with a 98% success rate. \nShe is a lifelong resident of Chester County\, and is an active and charter member of the Chester County Chief’s of Police Association\, a member of F.O.P. Lodge 11\, a board member and treasurer of the Pennsylvania Association of Licensed Investigators as well as a member of the elite group known as Intelligent. She was recently awarded the first ever “Professional Investigator Of The Year” by her colleagues. \nShe is a Licensed Captain with the U.S. Coast Guard\, an avid boater and Past Commodore of the Maryland Cruising Yacht Club. In her spare time\, she is part of the Wounded Warrior Project and is their Northern Bay Liaison and sings at Veterans Homes and Nursing Homes in the tri-state area. She can be seen gracing the stage at the Milburn Stone Theatre in North East\, Maryland\, where she does what makes her tick: music and acting. \nEileen is an Ordained Elder and Deacon and lives in Kennett Square with her husband\, Stephen Stewart\, who was formerly a police officer with the Largo\, Florida Police Department.

DESCRIPTION:​Bluegrass Concert | Recommended for all ages​ \nBluegrass is back at the Milburn Stone Theatre as perennial favorite\, Rhonda Vincent and the Rage\, return to the stage for another stellar performance. Rhonda Vincent is a firecracker of talent that powers one of the hottest bands in any genre of music today. From humble beginnings in the tiny town of Greentop\, Missouri\, she began her professional music career singing in her family’s band making their first recording when Rhonda was 5 years old. She picked up the mandolin at eight\, the fiddle at twelve\, and performed with her family at the Opry as a teenager. Rhonda’s life of music evolved into a successful career in bluegrass music. Rhonda’s awards include a 2017 Grammy for Best Bluegrass Album\, an Entertainer of the Year 2001\, Song of the Year 2004\, and unprecedented 7 consecutive Female Vocalist of the Year awards from the International Bluegrass Music Association 2000 – 2006 and an 8th win of IBMA Female Vocalist of the Year in 2015. DESCRIPTION:The Garden Market Blossoms Each Spring at St. Mary Anne’s Garden Market on FRIDAY\, MAY 5 (9-6PM) and SATURDAY\, MAY 6\, 2023 (9-4PM)\n\n\n \n\n\nThey host an annual GARDEN MARKET on their beautiful and historic church campus. During this two day event\, over 50 garden-related vendors from the tri-state area sell flowers\, trees and shrubs for spring planting. Over 5\,000 visitors walk through the gates during this family friendly event.\n\n\n \n\n\nGuests are treated to an amazing array of beautiful spring flowers and plants. They also have the opportunity to shop for natural soaps\, fresh produce\, pottery\, and garden themed ornaments and statuary. The Bake Table is fresh with delicious homemade treats\, and food vendors provide a delectable selection of food including famous Maryland crab soup and pit beef sandwiches. The beautiful event is a treat for the senses!\n\n\n \n\n\nThroughout this lovely spring–rain or shine–two day event\, guests enjoy and celebrate nature\, meet their neighbors\, and enjoy free entertainment by local musicians.
