I am a U.S. Army Veteran, who enlisted in the Delaware Army National Guard in 1957, and served on Active Duty when my unit was activated during the Berlin Crises, and when I was released from Active Duty, I still remained in the Delaware Army National Guard until December 2000, when they let me go because I reached the age of 60. I am involved with the Delaware National Guard Enl. Assoc., at the Local and National level, where I am involved in the area’s of “Legislative and Resolutions”, Coast Guard Auxiliary, at the Local and District level, where I mostly in the Delaware Bay, among other responsibilities, along with volunteering at Victory Village, which is a transitional home for Homeless Veterans on Port Penn Road, Middletown, De.
