A veteran of the US Navy Seabees from 1960 thru 1966, with duty stations at Kodiak Island AK, Camp Kisner, Okinawa, and Manila Philipines, with home base at Port Hueneme CA, the main Seabees base of operations. Honorable Discharged in 1966. Tom Hogate is a Delaware native, born in Wilmington, Delaware. He currently resides in Bear, Delaware with his wife Joan and his blended family of 3 boys and 3 girls, with many grandchildren/great-grandchildren.
