TOTAL TIME: 45 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Pack of Strawberries
- 1 Pack Plain Greek yogurt
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Pack of Chocolate Chips
- 1 TBSP Coconut Oil
INSTRUCTIONS:

Chop strawberries into small pieces.

Mix the strawberries, plain greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.

Add scoops of the mixture to a parchment paper lined baking sheet to form clusters. Place them in the freezer until they are completely frozen solid.

Once the clusters are frozen, melt the chocolate. Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl and microwave for 15-30 seconds intervals stirring each time until melted.

Remove frozen clusters from the freezer and dip each into the melted chocolate to cover thoroughly. Use spoon to place back on sheet.

Place the clusters back into the freezer for a few minutes to let the chocolate coating harden and the yogurt re-solidifies.
